Start with README.md. This package evaluates supplied technical evidence only; it does not crawl Google, modify WordPress, force indexing, or predict rankings.

1. Read README.md and LICENSE-NOTICE.md.
2. Run node tests.mjs.
3. Open example.mjs and replace only the generic evidence with facts from your authorized site.
4. Review all fail, warning, and not-tested findings before changing production.
5. Use PUBLISH-NEXT-STEP.md after integration and verification.
